Because each item is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind on personalised or custom designs. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@deval-x.co.uk with a photo of the issue, and we'll sort a replacement or refund — no hassle.
